
REDMOND, WA—Channel Services Group (CSG), the leading provider in channel marketing and sales, has completed a productized OPENLINE offering to drive vendor certifications within the channel. The new Certification Program will utilize CSG’s OPENLINE call center services to provide awareness, support, learning plans and guidance for partner networks.

CSG’s Certification Program provides a full Business Development Management (BDM) Team to build and accelerate vendor channels immediately. Agents will profile partners to identify business models and growth plans within the year and then align best-fit competences and qualifications to each unique partner. Acting as an advisor, CSG agents will navigate partners to dedicated resources and tools to guarantee completion of certification requirements.
Pearson said CSG currently uses the program to help a large software company based out of Redmond, WA with their learning channel and partner network. Based on best practices learned while running the partner certification program for the last four years, Pearson said the company has excelled in partner sales success.
